I just want to say thanks for everything you have done in regards to my mother, Madonna.
Last year, when I approached you for a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk, I had no
idea I’d leave with cutting edge technology that my mom and my family would benefit from.
I-DENTI-FIED is unbelievable. When you told me about it after hearing of mom’s diagnosis of
Alzheimer’s, I was intrigued, to say the least. Hearing all of the benefits that come along with this tiny
microchip really sold me. I went straight home and informed my siblings about this new device and they
wanted to learn more about it.
Our meeting was informative and productive. Mom received the implant during our visit. Dr. Brunski
was very understanding and gentle with her, as she was a bit apprehensive about the procedure. She was
given a thorough in-service on how it works and how to use the scanned should the need ever arise. She
left the office educated and comfortable with this new device. She can’t even tell where he placed it. We
were instructed on how to use the thumb drive and how to pull up her information. Thank you for your

This was scary thought at first! Does this mean “big Brother” will be watching us? Why does an
Alzheimer’s victim need a chip in their tooth, they will forget it’s there anyway? And the list goes on and
on.
But after discussing these questions with Dr. Adams and my sisters, I see the benefits that this chip may
provide. Mom’s medical record is with her no matter where she goes. We are a family of 11, located in
different states and this can allow her to seek medical attention with all the information a doctor might
need to help her without the delay that faxes or leaving messages can cause. It also keeps those family
members that are living away from mom to be updated on her medical condition as she is going through
this process.

Let me just express the peace of mind that I-DENTI-FIED has given my family and I. I am from a large
family and several of my siblings live on the west coast. Even though my mother was diagnosed with
